Martine gets energy from working with individuals and organisations, be it as a coach, consultant, or mentor. She is passionate about connecting with people and exploring for personal and professional growth through enabling further self-respect, integrity and leadership.

With her corporate background in oil and gas for 29 years, Martine has coached, facilitated, and mentored for the last 2 decades, leaning on leadership programs along the way. Her mission is to make a difference in the world both at a personal and organisational level, taking systems thinking into consideration.

Equipped with Erickson Solution-Focussed coach training, she has demonstrated the ability to transform peoples’ mindsets and assist people in gaining new insights and realising their aspirations in a trusting environment.

Martine enjoyed a global career as a manager, leader, explorer and geoscientist with postings in Australia, Europe, the Americas, SE Asia and Middle-East, gaining her an international perspective.
Building on her proven leadership skills, business acumen, strategic thinking, extensive stakeholder management, and being comfortable with risk management and uncertainty, she is uniquely positioned to assists clients in realising their goals.
